For many years now, many of us still long for the one hundred percent perfect body of man and woman, most especially the ones that are devoid of love handles. In this article we'll discuses how to get rid of love handles once and for all and break some common myths.



These people have been in search for the best exercise to get rid of these bodily structures made of fat located on the belly side and back. These are considered unsightly and unattractive to many people but the exercises to get rid of them are also difficult to find. There are routine exercises that are good in working out other parts of the body but not solely for eliminating the love handles.



Although, these type of exercise increase your metabolic rate. It also lead to reduction of unwanted love handles. There maybe people telling you that bending or stretching side to side while holding weights that does the trick. However, all these are wrong.



The reason is because, these are fats that are located on top of our muscles. Doing exercises will speed up metabolism but it will do more harm than good. It is because your muscle will get bigger and the love handles will become more noticeable.



So the best solution or answer to this problem is to start a routine fitness exercise. You must also have a low calorie diet. Your exercise should enhance the cardiovascular system and build lean muscle and burn the fats.



When lean muscle mass is increased in the body; this will also increase the amount of calories burned in the body. Because the burning of the calories eventually lead to reduced body fats, love handles are eliminated because these consists of fats.



When metabolism is improved, the love handles will shrink faster as compared to doing several exercises for longer time. And other fatty area of our body will also be reduced.



This is done by working out with the use of lighter weights, about 80% of maximum weights frequently used. This allows you body to remain lean and toned which is opposite to creating a bulky physique, similar to a weight-lifter. Increased metabolic rate is enhanced by cardio exercises like running, cycling and the use of elliptical machines. It will also make your workouts be able to burn more calories efficently.



There are no short cut exercises to getting rid of love handles . However, with cardio workout, it can increase the build up of lean muscle and speed up metabolism to allow more calories to be burned. It can also helps to remove love handles.
